Been wanting to have a project PC for a bit and I've decided to take my Dell Vostro 200 that runs Windows 7 and give it the best hardware that it can support, then make it into a Windows Vista machine.
My only experience with Vista comes from a using a crap HP Pavilion dv2000 laptop for several years that did not run that OS well at all.
